I have enjoyed a very varied life. I was educated formally and got straight 'A's in the sciences, wanting to have quantifiable evidence of everything. As a nurse, I loved research and proving facts and figures.

I have had great times and real fitness, and I have had serious hardship, depression, ill health, injuries.....

I now have joy and wellness. It has taken falling down to teach me to walk tall. And a lot of reading! This page is intended to get you started on reading for complete well being. Mindfulness for Health by Vidyamala Burch & Danny Penman.

Reccomended by a client who has been practicing mindfulness and studying it in great depth for many years. I have yet to enjoy this book.

Mindfulness, finding peace in a frantic world by Mark Williams & Danny Penman

Again, a recomendation from a gifted client that I have yet to enjoy.
